Barstow Joins Chelsea Green

John Barstow, formerly with W.W. Norton, has been named editor-in-chief of the Vermont-based environmental publisher Chelsea Green.
While at Norton, Barstow was editor of its Outside Books imprint and, over the course of his career, has specialized in books on the outdoor life, gardening and the environment. Before joining Norton, he worked for Atlantic Monthly Press, Blair & Ketchum's Country Journal and Horticultural magazine.
Margo Baldwin, Chelsea publisher, praised Barstow's "editorial expertise and acquisitions savvy, which will be key to building our editorial program."
