At BEA, The Memoir's Back

Tomorrow's Show Daily story runs down some of the big novels of the show. But it's memoirs that are grabbing the limelight, The Tender Bar by J.R. Moehringer and Julie and Julia by Julie Powell, which has the author cooking Julia Child recipes, were the biggies.
Several other memoirs that turned heads were Joan Didion's The Year of Magical Thinking, about the death of her husband, John Gregory Dunne, and the near-death of their daughter and the aforementioned Carole Radziwill's What Remains.
