Claire Roberts, formerly assistant director of subsidiary rights for Doubleday/Broadway Books, has joined the company as associate director of foreign rights.

Colin Zeigler, head of trade publishing at the U.K.–based Chrysalis Book Group, is leaving the company. Roger Huggins, director of publications at Chrysalis, will take over his duties overseeing world English-language co-editions with responsibility for the U.K. distribution of Sterling Publishing.

Celeste Bernadette Fine, formerly a foreign rights agent at Trident Media Group, has joined the company as an agent, managing foreign rights, mysteries, fiction and YA.
