Seager Steps Up at Grove/Atlantic

Deb Seager, formerly associate director of publicity, has been promoted to director of publicity at Grove/Atlantic.

Posner Joins Sterling Lord Literistic

Marcy Posner, who formerly ran her own literary agency, has been been named director of foreign rights, handling all foreign rights sales and retaining her own list of clients.

Marvel's Jayatilleke Promoted

Ruwan Jayatilleke, who previously managed Marvel Press's prose and licensed books, has been named director of development and recruitment, publishing, charged with recruiting talent from book, TV and film for the comic book division.

Harbor Houses Promotion

Carrie McCullough, associate publisher, has been named publisher.

Hollander Joins Brown Reference

Roe Hollander, who previously worked for Scholastic, joined the U.K.–based company as its U.S. representative.

Burton Leaves Harper

Amy Burton, publicity director at HarperCollins Children's Books, is relocating to Atlanta to work in public relations. Her replacement has not been named.

Correction

Sara Nelson's editorial in last week's issue mistitled Kevin Trudeau's bestselling health book. It is Natural Cures "They" Don't Want You to Talk About.
