Touchstone Pays for Magdalene Trilogy

by Rachel Deahl, PW Daily -- Publishers Weekly, 2/10/2006

Hoping to keep the 'all things Da Vinci' gravy train rolling, S&S’s Touchstone imprint has signed author Kathleen McGowan to a three book deal about a supposed gospel written by the early follower of Jesus. Acquired by Touchstone editor-in-chief Trish Todd from LJK's Larry Kirshbaum in a seven figure deal for world, first serial and audio, the first book in The Magdalene Line, slated for release in August, will be McGowan's originally self-published The Expected One.
