Quills '06 Nominees Unveiled

After the Quills children's nominees were announced this past weekend on NBC's Weekend Today, famed weatherman Al Roker unveiled the adult titles vying for this year's honors—to be feted at a gala event on October 10—today at noon from the Borders Books & Music store in Manhattan's Columbus Circle. The announcement, live-streamed on www.quills.msnbc.com, details the five nominees in each of the ceremony's 19 categories. Here are the 2006 nominees in a few of the major categories.
