The space allotted to dealers and exhibitors has been reserved to full capacity and ninety percent of the remaining area reserved for exhibition has been sold. Blair Butler's Friday Reviews on G4TV
Doc Frankenstein #5 (Burlyman): This is the bizarre tale of Frankenstein's monster and his futuristic adventures fighting religious zealots and werewolves. No, seriously, that's the plot. Here's the important part: it's written by the Wachowski Brothers (yes, the Matrix guys), features Steve Skroce's gorgeously detailed artwork, and somehow manages to make a ridiculous concept staggeringly enjoyable. If only they could ship more than one issue every 6 months.
CSI: Dying in Gutters #1 (IDW): This CSI tale involves murder at a Comic Book Convention. The suspects: Real life comic book creators. Meta, man. Meta.
Battlestar Galactica #1 (Dynamite): The cult TV show gets the comic book treatment. Will the fans give a frak?
