Huwer, Jones Up at RH

Jennifer Huwer and Jennifer Jones have both been promoted in the Random House publicity department. Huwer, who joined the house a publicity assistant in 2003, and Jones, who was bumped up to associate publicist in 2005, have both been given the title of publicist.

Levinson to Time Out

Lisa Levinson has been named sales and marketing director for Time Out Guides. Levinson, who will handle North America and Latin America for the magazine's travel books division, arrives from Simon & Schuster, where she spent 27 years, most recently as director of national accounts.

Promos at RH Children's

At Random House Books for Young Readers a raft of recent promotions: Jennifer Arena has been bumped up from senior editor to executive editor; Diane Landolf from associate editor to editor; and Nick Eliopulos from editorial assistant to associate editor.

Keenan Up At Plume/ Hudson

Liz Keenan has been promoted from publicity manager to associate director of publicity at Hudson Street Press and Plume. She has worked on such books as Judith Moore's Fat Girland Jesse Garza's Nothing to Wear. Earlier in her career Keenan was at Free Press.

Weiss to Stewart, Tabori

Luisa Weiss has been named senior editor at Stewart, Tabori & Chang. Weiss, who was most recently a literary scout at Bettina Schrewe, will be acquiring cookbooks and food narratives in her new role.
