Promos at St. Martin's

Nancy Trypuc has been promoted from director of advertising and promotion to senior director of creative services; Maggie Lam has been named art director, creative services; Carrie Hamilton-Jones has been promoted to marketing manager; and Monica Katz has been bumped up to marketing associate. Mariel Govea has been hired as creative services manager.

Seitz to Thomas Nelson

Audrey Seitz has been named v-p of Bible group marketing at Thomas Nelson. Seitz, who's moving into the position left open by Rodney Hatfield (who transitioned within the company), has held senior positions at Hospital Corporation of America, Ingram Book Group and Davis-Kidd Booksellers.

Staff Changes At Chelsea Green

Shay Totten has been named editorial director at the Vermont-based publisher Chelsea Green. Totten is replacing editor-in-chief John Barstow, who's stepping down June 1. Henry Poirot has also been hired as rights manager. Poirot has worked for Ballantine and Workman.
