Pugh to Coutts

Stephen Pugh has been named v-p of international sales for Coutts Information Services, a subsidiary of Ingram Book Group. In the job, Pugh will oversee the building of a sales team to work with clients in Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Most recently, Pugh was senior v-p, international division/managing director, Australia, for YBP Library Services.

Kiely to UCP

Garrett P. Kiely has been named director of the University of Chicago Press. Currently president of Palgrave Macmillan, Kiely will start at UCP on September 1.

Taylor to Ten Speed

Joanne Taylor has been named project editor at Ten Speed Press’s children’s imprint, Tricycle Press. Taylor, who was most recently children’s book acquisitions editor at Heyday Books, will start at Ten Speed July 16.

Devereaux Returns to 'PW’

Elizabeth Devereaux has rejoined the staff of Publishers Weekly as children’s reviews editor.

Lemke to TCP

Meg Lemke has been named acquisitions editor at Columbia University’s Teachers College Press. Lemke, who was most recently an editor at Seven Stories Press, will be acquiring for TCP’s language and literary list, as well as for other topics like teacher education and child development.
