San Diego Comic-Con Programming
The programming schedule for this years San Diego Comic-con, scheduled to take palce is now up on the convention’s website.
Kuper, Pyle Events in NYC
Peter Kuper and Kevin Pyle will be holding several events in New York City for their new graphic novels. Kuper’s book Stop Forgetting to Remember will be released in July, and Pyle’s first graphic novel Blind Spot was released in May. On Wednesday July 11th at the Strand Bookstore they will present a slideshow and sign books. A release party will be held at Rocket Ship comics store in Brooklyn on Friday July 13th. Another slideshow and book signing will be held at Blue Stocking Books on Sunday July 22nd. More information can be found at Peter Kuper’s website.
New Yaoi Convention
A new Yaoi, Slash, and BL convention, Yaoi Jamboree, will be held June 20th through 22nd, 2008 at the Renaissance Poenix Hotel in Glendale Arizona. The convention will be operated by Yaoi Press. Attendees must be 18 or older. More information about the convention will be put up on the website.
