Updike, Von Moltke Rise
At Random House, Jaci Updike has been bumped up from v-p and director of Random House adult sales to senior v-p. Updike has headed the adult sales division for more than two years. Nina Von Moltkehas been promoted from director of corporate finance to v-p of corporate development; she joined RH in 2002.
Kim to Harper
Sally Kim has been named executive editor of HarperCollins's flagship imprint. Kim, who will start in her new role February 2, arrives from Shaye Areheart Books, where she was a senior editor.
Black to Globe Pequot
Jennifer Black has been named senior national accounts manager at Globe Pequot Press. Black, who will start February 4 and will oversee sales to all divisions of B&N, arrives from Random House, where she was most recently associate director of sales.
Levesque, Latta Up at STC
Jennifer Levesque and Kristen Latta have both been promoted at Stewart, Tabori and Chang. Levesque, who acquired CakeLove and such series as Chris Santella's Fifty Places, has been promoted to executive editor. Latta, who started at STC as an intern, is now associate editor.
