Haydis Up at OUP

Bill Haydis has been promoted to U.S. publications and overstocks manager. Haydis will continue to handle the remainder and wasting programs.

Children's house Charlesbridge Publishing, in Watertown, Mass., has promoted a number of employees: Emily Mitchell has been bumped from editor to senior editor; Alyssa Mito Pusey to associate editor; and Connie Brown to managing editor. And new editorial assistant Lynne Mehley arrives from Farrar, Straus & Giroux, where she was marketing associate.
