William F. Buckley Dead at 82

William F. Buckley, conservative author and founder of the National Review magazine, died this morning in Stamford, Conn. Buckley was the author of 55 books, including the recent political novel The Rake (which HarperCollins published last August) and a book about The National Review, that came out in November. Buckley also has a forthcoming memoir about Barry Goldwater due out in April.
