PMA Announces Benjamin Franklin Award Winners

PMA announced the winners of this year’s Ben Franklin Awards in 49 categories at a ceremony in Los Angeles on May 29. The awards recognize excellence in independent publishing. Among this year’s winners are The Boyhood Memoirs of A.E. Hotchner (Missouri Historical Society Press) in the autobiography/biography/memoirs category, Trattoria Grappolo: Simple Recipes for Traditional Italian Cuisine (Gibbs Smith, Publisher) in the cookbooks category, Before I Wake (St. Martin's Press) in the popular fiction category and Woof! A Gay Man's Guide to Dogs (BowTie Press) in the gay/lesbian category. The rest of the winners are listed here.
