Skylight Books Adds 1814

By Wendy Werris -- Publishers Weekly, 9/15/2008

Located just across an alleyway from the main store, 1814, as the new store is known, carries books on art, photography, architecture, design, film, theater and music, and graphic novels. The store uses fixtures from other area independents that have gone out of business. “I think it's important to know that things live on when an independent closes,” said owner Kerry Slattery.
