Hodapp Up at Hyperion

Lauren Hodapp has been promoted from associate publicist to publicist at Hyperion Books. Hodapp, who joined Hyperion in 2007, has worked on campaigns for authors Anisha Lakhani and Marian Wright Edelman.

Gallagher to Penguin

Mike Gallagher has been tapped to fill the newly created position of director of manufacturing procurement at Penguin Group (USA). Gallagher will handle the company's paper purchasing, digital print engines, supplier relations and digital print-on-demand activities. Gallagher has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing business, mostly at Offset Paperback Manufacturers, which is part of Bertelsmann.

Maddex to Conciliar

John Maddex has been named president and CEO of Conciliar Media Ministries, a publishing group of the Self-Ruled Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America. Maddex is a veteran of Christian broadcasting and previously worked for Moody Bible Institute of Chicago.

Termine Up at Sage/Corwin

Anna C. Termine has been named licensing manager at Sage Publications and Corwin Press. Termine has been at Sage and Corwin for five years and, before that, was rights manager at the Globe Pequot Press.
