Diane Keaton Memoir Making Rounds

Bill Clegg at William Morris is shopping a memoir from Diane Keaton about the actress caring for her mother, who died last year after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's. Clegg described the book--which right now is a 10-page sample--as "told through the lens of [Keaton's] relationship with her mother." Although Clegg would not comment on money, rumors have surfaced that there's already a $2 million offer on the table.
