Wood, Bolen to Sourcebooks
Sourcebooks has added two new staffers: Melissa Wood, who was most recently in account management at Baker & Taylor, has been named national accounts manager for schools and libraries, and Dave Bolen has been named national accounts manager in the trade group.
Foster to Krupp
John Foster has joined Krupp Communications in the newly created position of executive director. Foster has over 15 years of experience working for various agencies.
Goot to Kaplan
Marcy Goot has been named executive director of marketing at Kaplan. Goot has worked for various companies, among them Warner Books, Tokyopop and Hyperion, and was most recently v-p of marketing for National Lampoon. Also at Kaplan, Don Fehr has been promoted to editorial director of trade and Ron Sharpe has been bumped up to the newly created position of executive director of production and manufacturing.
