Aaron Wehner has been promoted to v-p and publisher of Ten Speed Press. Wehner, who assumed the role of acting publisher of the house last year, started at Ten Speed in 1997 as publisher's assistant. He's worked with such authors as Richard Nelson Bolles (What Color Is Your Parachute?), Mollie Katzen (The Moosewood Cookbook) and Peter Reinhart (The Bread Baker's Apprentice).

Steve Troha has joined Folio Literary Management as an agent. Troha was most recently at Vigliano Associates and, before that, was associate director of publicity for St. Martin’s Press.
