Stephanie Bange, formerly children's librarian at the Wilmington-Stroop Branch Library in Dayton, Oh., is now director of the Charles and Renate Frydman Educational Resource Center at Wright State University, also in Dayton.
Joe Reynolds, former v-p and general manager of Ingram Book Group’s library businesses, has been named president of U.S. operations for Ninestars Information Technologies, LTD. (Ninestars is a BPO company based in India that provides technology and editorial services to book, journal, broadcast, and newspaper publishers.) Reynolds can still be reached at jpreynolds7@aol.com; he will be opening a New York area office for Ninestars within the next six months.
