Stephanie MacLean has been promoted to literary agent at Trident Media Group. MacLean has been, since 2007, CEO Dan Strone’s assistant; in her new position she will be specializing in romance, women’s fiction and young adult.

Beth Lamb has been promoted to associate v-p, associate publisher at Rodale Books. In this role, Lamb will oversee the sales and marketing departments; Lamb joined Rodale Books as a marketing director in October 2004.

Peter DeGiglio has been promoted to COO at Bloomsbury USA. The new title is, in a statement from the house, one that "more accurately reflects the breadth of his responsibilities." DeGiglio had been CFO; before joining Bloomsbury he was v-p of finance and accounting for Macmillan.
