B&N Sued Over Nook Design
Spring Design, a company that unveiled a suspiciously similar e-reader the day before B&N’s Nook, and which had talks with B&N over the last year about an e-reader, is suing B&N over the design of the Nook, which it says infringes on Spring Design’s e-reader, the Alex. From Engadget.
