Curtis Deadline Extended

The Association of American Publishers has extended the deadline for nominations for the 26th annual Curtis Benjamin Award to April 30. The award is given each year to a living book publisher who has demonstrated exceptional creativity and innovation in his or her career. Nominations are invited from all members of the book community, and more information is available from Amy Gwiazdowski at the AAP at (202) 220-4550.

The AAP is also holding a daylong seminar May 7 in New York City entitled "Copyright and Permissions in the Digital Age." More information is available from AAP's New York office at (212) 225-0200, ext. 226.
