Changes at Troll

Troll Communications, the children's publisher in Mahwah, N.J., has named Richard Willis as its new chairman, CEO and president.
Willis was formerly executive v-p and CFO at educational publisher Peterson's. He succeeds Troll president Candy Lee, who will now become vice-chairman. Lee has directed the company since it was acquired in 1999 by the Chicago investment firm of Willis Stein & Partners for $70 million.
The company has also named Terry Tuttle executive vice-president and COO. He was previously v-p of finance at Peterson's.
