Happy Maven's Day

And you thought yesterday was Mother's Day... o ye of little book faith... it must have been Maven's Day, because I got to spend several hours in the backyard hammock with my current inamorato, The Ministry of Special Cases by Nathan Englander. (I also spent several hours with my two mini-mavens; there's nothing like daughters, and mine are wonderful.)

Just wanted to say a belated Happy Day to all mothers and mavens out there. Did anyone give his or her mom a book for Mother's Day? What was it?
