Sunday Matinee

November 8, 2009
Voting is going well for the Beyond Her Book Best Books of 2009.  You have until Wednesday to get your nominations in (up to 3 titles only, please).  On Thursday I'll list the books in the order they received votes, so go to Friday's blog and get your two cents in.  Remember, if you don't vote, you can't complain later.  Now a look at a few more books you might want to vote for.

Bottom Line:
Today is "Cook Something Bold and Pungent Day."  Hmm..Liver and onions or sauerkraut and neck bones?

Ewww! I did have sauerkraut & neck bones (not my choice, but left over from my Croatian ethnic dinner--my dear Mom's heritage), so I fit right in with the celebration!!

Thank you, Barbara, for posting my video, Tsunami Blue. I just found out today (on my birthday) that my video was posted here. I love your blog. Right now I'm in Las Vegas, on my birthday, watching my video on your blog. Does life get any better? ;) Thanks again, Gayle
