Sunday MatineeMay 10, 2009 Happy Mother's Day to all you mothers out there. As for me, Andrew is taking me to see Star Trek (yes, I am a Trekkie) and also gave me a gift certificate for a manicure. Older son, Keith, send me a ticket to visit them in St. Louis over Memorial Day. I've very excited to see the whole family and squeeze those grandkids to within an inch of their lives. Now, to start off your day, enjoy these book videos and maybe find one that makes you want to go out and spend that bookstore gift certificate. I was actually in the fan club in the 60s and got my start in writing with fanfic (a romance between Pavel Chekov and a heroine I invented especially for him to fall in love with). Even I wouldn't have guessed where that would lead.
