The Senior Marketing Manager will:

·         Develop the business plan and go-to-market strategy for the classroom product line;

·         Align our classroom product with critical education priorities to meet compelling market needs;

·         Differentiate key opportunities among countless options;

·         Leverage the strengths of both Red Brick Learning and Heinemann Raintree Classroom;

·         Drive product development priorities to specifically address the classroom market.

The successful candidate will have:

·         4-year degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field;

·         Teaching credentials and elementary (K-8) teaching experience, plus 7+ years of experience      marketing to educators; 

·         Demonstrated leadership in the education community; 

·         Knowledge of K-8 reading curriculum and associated pedagogy;

·         Knowledge of both social studies and science K-8 curriculum;

·         Ability to recognize and address current and projected national trends;

·         Desire to thrive, learn, and grow in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment;

·         Strong communication and presentation skills;

·         Exceptional organizational skills;

·         Ability to handle multiple projects in different areas at once.
