Macmillan’s fifth annual Fierce Reads tour took place October 3–8 in libraries and bookstores across the country, with appearances by YA authors Mitali Perkins, Caleb Roehrig, Anna-Marie McLemore, and Jennifer Mathieu. The six-city tour kicked off at Main Street Books in St. Charles, Mo., drawing hundreds of fans. Since its launch in spring 2012, the Fierce Reads tour has featured more than 30 YA authors.
