Amazon has launched a new Kindle store dedicated to Spanish language titles. The e-tailer's eBooks Kindle en Español, which launched within Amazon's existing Kindle store in the U.S., went live with 30,000 titles, including digital editions by Paulo Coelho, Gabriel García Márquez and Suzanne Collins.

The store, which Amazon said has all of Nielsen BookScan's Spanish-language bestsellers, also features free classics, Kindle Singles and free reading apps. Speaking to the new storefront, Russ Grandinetti, v-p of Kindle content, said: "We’re excited to introduce Spanish language storefronts on all Kindles, as well as a dedicated store for our Spanish-speaking customers in the U.S. We expect our Spanish-speaking customers to enjoy both the newly-added books in Spanish, and the improved shopping and reading experience—including dedicated customer service in Spanish—that we’ve added to eBooks Kindle en Español. And we’re looking forward to continued expansion of our store for Spanish language readers around the world."
