Open Road is releasing an e-book anthology, in partnership with the BlogHer network, called The BlogHer Voice of the Year: 2012. The e-book will be the first in a series of digital books--six more collections are scheduled--that Open Road is co-publishing with BlogHer.
The anthology will feature pieces from the site, which features the largest community of women bloggers online, that were chosen by readers from nearly 1,700 submissions. The pieces in the anthology will fall into a number of different categories like Heart, Humor, Parenting and OpEd. The other planned e-books, all collections, will center around different themes and will come out over the next year.
Open Road has similar programs, through its Publishing Partners program, with magazines like Seventeen, Esquire and Cosmopolitan.
