The Washington Post has partnered with Diversion Books, the e-book publisher founded by agent Scott Waxman, to do a series of e-originals. Each title will be between 75-100 pages and elaborate on a piece (or a subject explored) in the paper. Diversion said the partnership will yield a minimum of three titles.

The first title in the series, called "The Original Watergate Stories," is scheduled for September and will explore the scandal on its 40th anniversary (which happened earlier this year). The title will feature an introduction by the journalists who broke the Watergate scandal in the Post, Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein. The e-books, which a rep from Diversion said will range in price depending on the project, will be available at all major e-book retailers.
