    Blood-C is written by manga collective CLAMP and illustrated by Ranmaru Kotone. It follows Saya Kisaragi, a kind, clumsy student, who trains and performs duties at her father's shrine. However, at night she slays monsters that are beginning to eat humans and threaten her friends. Blood-C Vol. 2 will be released by Dark Horse in June.

  • Panel Mania: A Distant Soil Vol. 1

    Colleen Doran's out of print sci-fi, fantasy comic, A Distant Soil Vol. 1 has been collected into a new, digitally remastered edition. The series has not had a new edition in seventeen years, and this version features restored and re-lettered pages. A Distant Soil Vol. 1 will be released in June by Image Comics.

  • Panel Mania: Solo Deluxe Edition

    The acclaimed 12-issue series Solo, which features great comics creators interpreting DC characters in their own way, is being collected into a deluxe edition. The book includes work by Darwyn Cooke, Jeph Loeb, Tim Sale, Mike Allred, Neil Gaiman, Paul Pope, and Howard Chaykin. It was released by DC Comics on June 5th.

  • Panel Mania: Saga Vol. 2

    The second volume of the new series, Saga, from the writer of Y: the Last Man, Brian K. Vaughan, is a galactic fatantsy story which follows the star crossed love of two soldiers from opposing sides and their young child. Saga is drawn by Fiona Staples, and the second volume will be released on June 19th by Image Comics.

    By the creator of the travelogue-comics, Pyongyang, Burma, and Shenzhen, Guy Delisle presents the dilemmas of parenting with wry, ironic humor in A User's Guide to Neglectful Parenting. A User's Guide to Neglectful Parenting will be released by Drawn and Quarterly in June.

  • Panel Mania: A Matter of Life

    Jeffery Brown, author of Clumsy and Unlikely, returns to autobio comics with A Matter of Life. It weaves together Brown's memories of three generations of men in his family: himself, his minister father, and his preschool son Oscar to create a kaleidoscopic answer to life's big questions. A Matter of Life will be published by Top Shelf in June.
