Custom course material providers XanEdu and SharedBook have completed their merger, previously announced in March. The deal includes AcademicPub, SharedBook's self-service coursepack division, as well as the non-educational operations of SharedBook, such as Blog2Print.
The unified company will operate under the XanEdu brand with XanEdu CEO John DeBoer remaining CEO. SharedBook and AcademicPub CEO Carol Vanderlip has joined the XanEdu board of directors.
