At CBA, the Association for Christian Retail, Charles “Chuck” Steinert Jr. has been appointed to the newly created position of operations director, assuming oversight of duties held by events manager Scott Graham, who is leaving the company to take a position with the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association. Patrice Ravenscroft has been promoted to events manager.
