Random House Children's Books has three promotions and one new hire. Emily Easton has been promoted to v-p and publisher of Crown Books for Young Readers; she was formerly executive editor. Megan Williams has been promoted to assistant managing editor, from managing editorial assistant. Mallory Matney has been promoted to assistant manager, marketing operations, from marketing associate. Bob Bianchini is joining the art and design department as designer.

Becky Herrick has joined Skyhorse Publishing as editor at Sky Pony Press. She was previously an editor with Scholastic.

Sara Crowe is joining literary agency Pippin Properties as senior agent, as of September 14. She has been an agent at Harvey Klinger, Inc. for 10 years; her authors include Megan Frazer Blakemore, Laura Marx Fitzgerald, Jeff Hirsch, Varian Johnson, Nina LaCour, Jonathan Maberry, Michael Northrop, Lisa Schroeder and Dan Wells.

Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing has one new hire and one promotion. Sarah Creech has joined Simon Pulse as senior designer; she was previously a designer at HarperCollins. KeriLee Horan has been promoted to marketing manager; she was previously associate marketing manager.

Jennifer Romanello has joined Emi Battaglia Public Relations as partner, effective October 1. For the past two years she has been v-p and director of publicity at Simon & Schuster's Children's Publishing.

Tara Sonin has joined Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Books for Young Readers as digital marketing and publicity specialist; she was previously marketing manager at Paper Lantern Lit.

Little, Brown Books for Young Readers has two staff additions. Janelle DeLuise will join as rights director on September 19; she was most recently associate director of international rights at Scholastic. Hannah Milton has joined as editorial assistant; she was formerly an editorial intern at Bloomsbury.

Sara Sciuto is leaving her position as agent at Fuse Literary to start her own editorial and consulting company, Sara Sciuto Literary Services.

Hanna Lee has joined Random House Digital Marketing as content producer; she was previously a freelance content producer at Random House Children's Books. Julianne Conlon has joined Random House Digital Marketing as associate manager; she was previously a social media specialist at Dealer.com.
