Asia Pacific Offset, Ltd. and 1010 Printing Group Ltd. have announced their merger. The enlarged group will capitalize on existing industry networks of quality suppliers in Hong Kong and China to provide cost effective solutions for publishers worldwide.
APOL will operate as an independent business unit, drawing on the combined resources of the group. Leo Chu will remain as APOL’s managing director in Hong Kong, and the international sales operation will continue to be led by Andrew Clarke. 1010 Printing will migrate into an integrated book print management company with inhouse printing capabilities. It will continue to be managed by Peter Yang, executive chairman and CK Lau, executive director.
