Simon & Schuster officially launched its Customer Portal for booksellers beginning June 11. Booksellers can visit to find consolidated resources including marketing/coop information, order tracking, invoices, digital catalogs and promotional information. The Portal also includes Premier Marketing Plan, a new service that simplifies access by booksellers to promotional funds. Announced just before BEA, more than 800 accounts in the Simon & Schuster database have already been pre-registered.
