B&H's Study Bible for Women (Feb.) has been created by a team of women scholars led by general editor Dorothy Patterson, professor of theology at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and managing editor Rhonda Kelley, adjunct professor of women's ministry at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. The new Bible uses B&H's HCSB translation and includes almost 6,500 study notes and other in-text helps; devotional material; 72 articles on "biblical womanhood"; and other supplemental material.

From Thomas Nelson comes The Modern Life Study Bible: God's Word for Our World (Jan.) The study Bible uses Nelson's NKJV translation, and includes in-text notes and articles, reading plans, and a variety of guides. Marketing and publicity includes Hulu ads, online promotion at such sites as Weather.com, and leading social media platforms.

For kids ages 8-up, Zonderkidz releases The Jesus Bible, NIV (Feb.) Study material in the kid-friendly Bible includes introductions, application notes ("Live like Jesus"), devotionals, color maps, and a concordance, among other features.
