Jane Kellman, who was married to the prolific Devil in a Blue Dress author Walter Mosley from 1987-2001, is suing for income she says Mosely owes her from book and movie deals, according to the Associated Press.

Kellman claims that Mosley owes her more than $500,000, plus interest, for income he has earned on 11 books--including titles from Mosley's Easy Rawlins mystery series--some of which were published after their divorce. Their divorce stipulated that Mosley would pay Kellman 25% of his income on these books, and Kellman now claims that he has not paid her for new editions, TV and film adaptations, and audio books. In court papers Kellman's also claims that Mosley did not provide sufficient documentation about his income from 2001 to 2004.
