General Statement of Duties: Manages all aspects of the development and implementation of the Mental Health First Aid USA curriculum, including coordination with national partners, external experts and vendors.

• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, management and evaluation
• Proven ability to write and design educational materials for a variety of audiences and learning styles
• Experience with online learning models
• Superior training skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• BA/BS degree in education, health or related field
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Commitment to the mission of the organization
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish preferred

• Manages the MHFA curriculum development, including the partner planning and review process and coordination of external experts and vendors as appropriate
• Leads the piloting, testing and evaluation components of new curriculum and materials
• Advises and coordinates curriculum updates, revisions and addenda
• Manages the production of print, video, online and other curriculum materials and maintains a detailed production schedule
• Coordinates launch of new curricula with the MHFA Distribution Center and training lead
• Manages copyright for curriculum, including the filing of copyrights, tracking and intervention with copyright infringement and coordinating permissions
• Conducts public and instructor trainings
• Represents Mental Health First Aid and MHAMD on internal and external workgroups and committees as assigned
• Manages assigned budgets and grants as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Position Classification: Full time, exempt, reports to Chief Program Officer
