This role will partner with the business team to champion new businesses and create scorecards for existing programs. The senior manager will be responsible for providing financial support for the Amazon Encore, Amazon Crossing and other new businesses initiatives including owning the business models, financial planning, and operational metric analysis.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of post-MBA finance experience, will be analytical, and have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage the financial responsibilities of a high-growth business. The ideal candidate must have superior attention to detail, project management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical skills are required.

Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience post MBA or 12+ years of relevant experience
-Advanced Excel modeling skills
-BA/BS degree
-Prior Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
-MBA from a highly-regarded business school
-6+ years finance and/ or accounting experience in a corporate environment
-Experience with SQL and data warehouses highly desired
-P&L management experience
-Advanced analytical skills
-Strong interpersonal skills — including written and oral communication skills
-Experience in a technology company or high-tech environment
-The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment with competing deadlines
-Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy
