Description
•Responsible for achieving sales volume levels from new and existing accounts that meets or exceeds territorial quotas established by sales management.
•Responsible for maintaining on-going account retention that contributes to achieving or exceeding territory revenue goals.
•Present, demonstrate and train on company products to customers and potential customers in the territory's market.
•Communicates with existing and potential customers via personal on-site visits, phone, e-mail, fax, and mail contact, as well as attendance at regional and national trade shows and meetings.
•Maintains on-going detail of competitive activity/offerings within territory. Reports details to Managing Director on a regular basis.
•Communicates with other internal departments (Customer Service, Sales, Credit, and Marketing, Operations) to support territory activity.
•Plans itinerary in advance of travel.
•Completes and submits territory sales and activity reports, including associated expense detail, according to established policies.
•Maintains a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:
•Five to ten years related experience within an organization and a high level of knowledge of Integrated Library Systems and interface options within the library and educational industry.
•BS/BA degree or equivalent education and experience.
•50% travel from home office for customer visitation and/or corporate travel.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•PC skills in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook are required.
