|•Responsible for implementation of new accounts that are subscribing to collectionHQ|
•Responsible for maintaining on-going account retention that contributes to customers continuing to subscribe to collectionHQ.
•Train customers on company products to existing customer’s collectionHQ customers.
•Communicates with existing customers via personal on-site visits, phone, e-mail, fax, and mail contact, as well as attendance at some regional and national trade shows and meetings.
•Actively involved in Customer User Group coordination, communication, content and meeting planning.
•Maintains on-going detail of competitive activity/offerings within customer base. Reports details to MD on a regular basis.
•Communicates with other internal departments (Customer Service, Sales, Credit, and Marketing, Operations) to support account activity.
•Maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
