Description | Bookazine is looking for a Customer Care Manager to provide prompt and quality service to our world-wide group of customers. Manager handles all aspects of opening customer accounts and maintains accurate records. Must be able to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide problem-solving with a minimum of supervision. Ability to clarify customer’s complaint, determine the cause of problem, select and explain the best solution, and expedite resolution to completion is critical. Candidate is responsible for overall customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements: 3+ years of customer service or sales in a publishing or bookselling environment Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills Ability to listen attentively, communicate persuasively and professionally, and follow through thoroughly Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with good organizational skills General computer knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Excel Enthusiasm for customer care and team effort, including interaction with other departments |
