Description | Fast-paced, innovative trade book publisher seeks a creative, ambitious, and ultra organized individual for senior publicity position. Qualified candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, understand the publishing process, be knowledgeable of consumer and trade media with excellent contacts, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively; 3 - 5 years book publicity or related experience preferred. Individual will be responsible for books published in the adult as well as children's publishing program; categories include self help, pop culture, cookbooks, and illustrated, as well young adult fiction and popular licenses and nationally recognized brands.
