Essential Accountabilities:

Create and initiate targeted e-mail campaigns, product mailings, and telephone sales campaigns to sell McGraw-Hill products to smaller bookstores and library systems that do not require an in-person sales call.

Plan campaigns throughout the year designed to maximize seasonal sales opportunities, target specific customer types, or increase distribution for key products or series.
Campaign follow-up outreach via email, and telephone calls to maximize participation and increase product representation.
Track response rate of customer outreach campaigns to determine effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
Attend and actively participate in all sales conferences and related conference calls as determined by management.

Qualifications:

College Degree.
Minimum of 5 years related bookstore, publishing experience.
Organization and communication (verbal & written) skills a must.
Digital marketing experience a plus.
Computer skills a must with working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to quickly learn internal systems.
