Description | Plans and develops marketing strategies and objectives to promote assigned titles to all appropriate channels using traditional and e-tools, including advertising, promotion, sales support, bookseller/consumer outreach and partnerships with sites and groups. Takes lead on assigned departmental tasks; represents HMH at some trade events. Works closely with VP Marketing Director, other Marketing Managers, Sales, Editorial and Publicity to create and execute plans to help achieve revenue goals, build awareness of HMH children's frontlist and backlist and author relationships. Works on online initiatives, including video trailers, online advertising and promotion campaigns, and specific book marketing campaigns. Prepares for and participates in weekly and seasonal planning and update meetings, trade conference and conventions. Oversees all children's book marketing efforts online, across imprints, including promotion and advertising and work with online retailers. Requirements: |
