The candidate will be responsible for representing our publishing program to the book trade, museums, specialty retailers, and special markets while also cultivating new business. A background in publishing, the arts, fashion or culture is advantageous as is experience in selling to national accounts and special markets. Experience in business development, sales and account management, as well as excellent computer skills are required. We expect candidates to be outgoing, ambitious, highly creative, and flexible. They should be a team player, able to work independently when required, and relate to many different types of people with ease and confidence. The right candidate should be naturally enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possess the desire to succeed.
